Tax Rebate
Hungary introduced a simple and transparent tax incentive mechanism in 2004 to stimulate local film production activities. SPECTRAL – as a Hungary-based Studio and Production company – falls under the Film Law which allows granting an exceptional Tax Rebate of up to 37.5% for its partners.
