Rise of the Raven
Rise of the Raven, tells the story of Janos Hunyadi, the epic tale of a hero born into modest circumstances, who, in 1456, with relentless determination and against all odds, defeated the much larger Ottoman army, at the Battle of Nandorfehervar (current day Belgrade, Serbia).

Rise of the Raven, ‘One of the Most Epic European TV Productions of All Time’ is – a 10 episode TV series produced by Executive Producer, Robert Lantos.
The series stars Hungarian discovery Gellért L. Kádár as Janos Hunyadi and Hungarian TV, film, and stage star Vivien Rujder as Hunyadi’s life partner Elizabeth Szilagyi.
They are joined by a stellar international cast, including Austria’s Laurence Rupp (Babarians), Cornelius Obonya (Maria Theresa), Murathan Muslu (Breaking Point), Italy’s Francesco Acquaroli (Fargo, Suburra), multi-awarded Czech actor Karel Roden (Bourne Supremacy, Mr. Bean, The Pleasure Principle) and Serbian star Rade Serbedzija (Batman Begins, Mission: Impossible II)
SPECTRAL has been awarded to oversee and produce the whole VFX production of the 10 episode series from pre-production, to on-set supervision through post-production. Currently in post-production, Rise of the Raven has been the longest and largest project the company has done to date. It involved close to a year of filming and constant onset presence from the team, daily scannings with the widest range of tasks and challenges.
